Update...on pretty much everything.

So...Nathan and I have been trying to have a baby since May. I've heard that "it isn't rocket science"...but for us...I guess it is. This summer I found out I have cysts on my ovaries and can't ovulate on my own. On Monday, I have a doctor's appointment to see if it is what I think it is...PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndome). I've been trying to prepare myself for "the news" by doing research online. But...instead of preparing me...it just scares the absolute shit out of me. I pretty much have all of the side effects of PCOS except male pattern baldness...and if that happens...I may freak out! I guess all I am asking is for your thoughts and prayers on Monday...to help me accept what news I do get.

On to lighter subject...We have finally moved into our new house!! :) Well...we actually moved in November 21...but...I'm a horrible blogger. I still haven't finished decorating it...and for some reason can not bring myself to putting a hole in the wall for a nail. I know, I know, its crazy...and I will do it eventually so why not go ahead and do it, right? Its a brand spanking new house! I perfer the clean look anyway. haha. I had planned to post a few pictures of my favorite rooms in our new house...but when I attempted to turn on my camera...it wouldn't. The battery is completely dead. :( I guess that will be my next blog. :)

I'm not much on beauty blogging (but I love reading them!)...because well...I'm a fairly simple person when to comes to make up...mostly just the basics. But...recently I have gotten into painting my nails. Last night I just randomly went to Sally Beauty Supply just to waste time (I hardly ever go in there) and found the cutest collection from China Glaze. Wizard of Ooh Ahz Collection. I'm absoutely obsessed with the Wizard of Oz. I mean, when I say obsessed, I mean...I have tons of collectibles and already have a nursery theme for a little girl. Not just the theme...but a blanket and tons of wall hangings...which are in a closet somewhere for right now...and a snuggie! haha. Anyway...back to the nail polish. I love it!! I bought the "Ruby Pumps". I love red nail polish...but this is even better. Its red with red glitter in it...beautiful!!

My New Year's Resolution this year...is to eat better and exercise more. I normally don't make New Year's Resolutions...but the doctor told me losing some weight would benefit me. I have read online losing weight can regulate periods, have more ovulatory cycles, reduce hairiness, and stabilized hormone levels...but having PCOS can make it more difficult to lose weight. :( I guess I probably should have started 2 weeks ago (after my first doctors appointment) instead waiting until the New Year. But...everyone knows you can't start a diet during the holidays and be successful.
